I love the idea of your roasted pork shoulder! I already have dried chickpeas soaking so I know what I’m having for dinner tonight :) What temperature did you cook your pork shoulder at? I was planning to follow the recipe in your book but I’m curious if you did it differently. Thanks so much!

Colu I’m dying to make that pork shoulder and I’m so glad you posted the green goddess recipe everything looks and sounds so delicious! On a side note this summer I have been cooking my way through your book Colu Cooks and it has been a beyond delicious journey 😊
