Hi! Have you ever try to “risottare la pasta” you have to cooked half time , you drain and you put the pasta in the pot with the sugo . Then you add cooked water (i don’t know how to say in english sorry) and you mix for minutes until the time . With this method the pasta releases the natural starch and become super creamy!
