Enjoy the lobster 🦞 and if you ever get a chance in Yarmouth you must try a very special dish made with potatoes, onions and chicken broth called Rappi Pie- it’s French Acadian. A labour of love, it takes all day to produce, but now it is sold in the freezer section of the grocery store. Although my grandmother used to make it single handed.

I was in Nova Scotia last month for a brief Atlantic Canada tour (NS, PEI and NB) and to attend my Grandson’s graduation in Fredericton, NB - so exciting! I live in Manitoba so was thrilled to be on the East Coast again for eight lovely days. Missing it.
