I’m not sure why it took me so long to make a video of my most famous recipe of all time, but here we are… and here it is…!
This recipe for Roasted Tomato and White Bean Stew couldn’t be easier to make and equals much more than the sum of its parts. It originally appeared (and still lives) on NYT Cooking, but Chad and I thought it was about time to bring it to life. So we’ve been hard at work and having fun doing just that.
