Good morning, friends.
Here in Hudson, the clouds are doing their best to part ways and there is a light and pleasant breeze. I’m hopeful we’ll see some sun this afternoon. We’ll be swinging by Jack Shainman’s gallery, The School in Kinderhook, for this year’s opening party showcasing work from Canadian artist Michael Snow. Our next door neighbor Chris works with Jack and it’s always a fun afternoon.
Next weekend is the unofficial start of summer. I can hardly believe it myself. So far we’ve only had one (!) barbecue this spring, but I did develop this potato salad so you can make it all season long at your own gatherings, as you should.
